Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though tastefully decorated, were on the small side and lacked a balcony. However, being on the 7th floor, the view overlooking the Castle and Capri was simply stunning. Some room upgrades for added comfort and attention to detail could enhance the overall experience.
The hotel has a perfect location right on the water, offering views of Castel d'Ovo and Mt. Vesuvius, ideal for exploring the Ovo Castle and savoring seafood dining. The rooms are of great quality, very comfortable, but on the smaller side, not exactly 5-star size. The service goes above and beyond, guiding guests to enjoy the city and ensuring a trouble-free stay. The dining experience is extremely impressive with a fresh and extensive array of options, though the gym pool comes with a €15 charge. The location is ideal for sightseeing and travel, with taxis readily available and attractions like Positano within a 30-minute walk.
The hotel is in a wonderful location directly across Castello D'oro, with easy access to lungo mare and charming restaurants. The rooms are spacious and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. However, the room was small and quite dark. The service was attentive and caring, making me feel welcomed and happy during my stay. The dining experience was seriously poor, with limited healthy options and tinned juices and fruits provided. The facilities were basic but sufficient for a comfortable stay.
The hotel was absolutely delightful, with lovely and beautifully presented rooms that were large, comfortable, and fresh, offering stunning sea views. The service was exceptional, with a very polite and helpful staff, though there was a missed opportunity on informing guests about public transportation options. The location was convenient, right on the seaside and close to bars, restaurants, and historical sites. The dining experience was extremely nice, with delicious food and a great ambiance, although there were some limitations. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing the overall stay.
The hotel offers classy rooms with a lovely balcony overlooking the view, though small in size and next to the gym, causing some noise. The service is excellent, with staff going the extra mile and offering prompt assistance, including arranging for a doctor and taxi service. Located perfectly on the water with great views, ideal for people watching and close to the port. The dining experience is exceptional, featuring fresh and extensive options. The facilities are well-kept and enjoyable.
The hotel offers rooms that are up to the standards of the online photos. While there are no tea/coffee making facilities and the bathrooms are quite old and small, the attentive service and incredible food/wine recommendations make up for it. The location is wonderful, perfect for people-watching from your balcony although it leaks water outside. The dining experience, with a friendly staff willing to accommodate special orders, is extensive but might need more options. Overall, a hotel with great potential but some room for improvement in certain areas.
I found the hotel to be a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very quiet and well-appointed with nice amenities, but there was an issue with water creating a puddle in the bathroom that was not ideal. While the front desk service was average, the location was convenient with good access to restaurants and shops, although getting to the center of Naples was not as walkable as expected. The bed was okay, and the bathroom was fine overall.
